This book is designed for literary translators who want to edit and revise their own work, as well as editors of literary translations who wish to hone their skills.

If you’re a native Chinese speaker who doesn’t have English as a mother tongue, but writes or translates in it, this book is for you. Caveat: it’s not designed in any way to shame you. We all make mistakes, and often outdated educational material or bad teaching habits can engrain certain errors into young, impressionable minds. As an editor, I have almost two decades of experience working with non-native English. I’m here to undo those errors and give you the tools you need to writer English like a native speaker.
